Will it fit my mouth?
The trays snap together at the width of your mouth, and the 25 settings set how far forward your lower jaw sits. It needs enough healthy teeth to grip. It isn't suitable if you have loose teeth or a dental implant under a year old.
Is it safe? What are the side effects?
It's made from soft, BPA- and latex-free TPE. Temporary jaw or tooth soreness and extra saliva are common in the first days. Long-term use can change your bite, so stop and see a dentist if soreness continues. Don't use it if you have central sleep apnea, severe breathing problems, a TMJ disorder, advanced gum disease, or are under 18.
Does it treat sleep apnea?
No. It's designed to reduce snoring in adults. If you choke, gasp or stop breathing in your sleep, see a doctor first.
