1. Our products

Snorly QuietFit mouthpieces are intended to reduce snoring in adults aged 18 and over. They are not a treatment for sleep apnea or any other medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the warnings and contraindications on the product page and packaging before use. If you have symptoms such as choking, gasping or pauses in breathing during sleep, see a doctor.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and include free shipping to the US and Australia. Taxes are calculated at checkout. 6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. For Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For US customers: your state's consumer protection laws apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't apply to liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it's your honest experience and that you're allowed to share it. We'll only publish it with your permission. We never pay for positive reviews or only publish good ones. If we ever offer something in return for a review or video, we'll say so next to it.
